The service
Pharma Franchise Mart is an online directory and lead platform. We help buyers find pharma franchise companies, manufacturers and suppliers, and help those companies reach buyers. We are not a party to any agreement, order or payment between a buyer and a company.
Listings
- Companies are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, product list, prices they quote and the licences they hold.
- Only list products you are licensed to manufacture or market. Do not make medical claims beyond the approved indication.
- We may edit, suspend or remove a listing that is inaccurate, misleading or breaks the law, and we may refuse a listing without giving reasons.
Leads and credits
- Leads are requirements from real people. We review them before they are offered, but we cannot guarantee that a buyer will sign an agreement.
- Credits and packages are valid for the period shown when you buy them. Unused credits expire at the end of that period.
- A purchased lead can be reported within 7 days if the number is invalid or the person never made the enquiry. Verified complaints are refunded as credits.
- Do not resell, publish or share purchased contact details.
Payments
Payments are processed by our payment partner. We do not store card or bank details on our servers. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Liability
Information on the site is provided by companies and users. Check licences, certificates and terms yourself before entering any business arrangement. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Panchkula, Haryana having jurisdiction.
