What we collect
- When you post a requirement or send an enquiry: your name, mobile number, email (if given), city and state, profession, experience, licence and GST status, and the message you write.
- When you list a company: account details of the people who manage the listing, company details, product information and the documents you upload for verification.
- Automatically: IP address, browser type, the page you came from and campaign tags in the link, used for security, spam control and to understand which channels bring enquiries.
How we use it
- A requirement addressed to one company is shared with that company. A general requirement is reviewed by our team and shared with companies that match it — including companies who purchase it as a lead.
- To contact you about your requirement or listing.
- To keep the platform safe: detecting spam, fake listings and misuse.
We do not sell your details to advertisers or data brokers. Uploaded company documents are stored privately and are only visible to the company and our verification team.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as they are useful to the companies that received them and for our records, normally not more than three years. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
