Pharma Franchise Mart is a B2B directory for the Indian pharma trade. It started in 2016 with one plain problem in mind. Medical representatives who wanted to start their own distribution business had no simple way to find a franchise company that suited their area, their doctors and their budget. Most of that search happened through word of mouth, old visiting cards and long phone calls that went nowhere.
The site now brings PCD franchise companies, third-party manufacturers and contract makers from across India into one searchable place. A large share of them work out of the Tricity, Baddi and the wider Himachal belt, where much of the country's formulation work happens, but listings come from Gujarat, Uttarakhand, Maharashtra, Sikkim and many other states as well.
Who uses the platform
Most visitors fall into one of four groups, and each of them looks for something a little different.
- Medical representatives starting out on their own. They know the doctors in their area and want a range they can promote with a monopoly in their district.
- Distributors and stockists. They already run a business and want to add a speciality range, such as derma, gynae, cardiac-diabetic or critical care.
- Brand owners. They want their own label made by a licensed plant and need to compare third-party manufacturers on dosage forms, minimum order and documents.
- Chemists and hospital buyers. They look up who makes a particular composition before they ask their wholesaler for it.
How the site is organised
You can start from whatever you already know. If you know the therapy area, open a PCD franchise category such as derma or pediatric. If you only know the molecule, use the molecules A to Z list: every molecule page shows the companies that list products with it, along with the brand name, composition and pack. If you need a partner close to home, almost every category also has a city version, so a buyer in Panchkula, Indore or Patna sees local companies first.
Company profiles carry the details a buyer asks for on the first call: the range, the dosage forms, the type of business (franchise, manufacturer or both) and the address. Product pages show the composition exactly as the company has listed it.
How we check listings
Every company profile is read by our team before it goes live. We look for a real business name, a working phone number and a product list that matches what the company says it does. Certifications such as WHO-GMP or ISO are shown with a tick only after the company uploads the certificate and we have checked it. Companies that upload their drug licence and GST certificate, and get them verified, carry a documents verified badge.
We remove listings that make medical claims a product is not approved for, that copy another company's brand, or that keep sending buyers to a number that does not answer. If you find a listing like that, please tell us and we will look into it.
What we do not do
We do not sell medicines and we do not take orders. We are also not a party to the agreement you sign with a franchise company or a manufacturer. Rates, margins, monopoly terms and payment are settled between you and the company. Before you pay anyone, ask for their drug licence, GST certificate and a written appointment letter, and read the terms yourself. Our team can tell you what to look for, but the decision stays with you.
How sending a requirement works
When you post a requirement, you tell us the range, the dosage forms and the area you want. That requirement goes to companies whose range and location fit, and they contact you directly. Posting a requirement is free for buyers. Companies pay for membership and for requirements that reach them, which is how the site is funded.
We share your name and number only with the companies your requirement is sent to. You can read more about this in our privacy policy.
Tools for pricing
Two free tools on the site help with the numbers that come up in every franchise discussion. The PTR PTS calculator works out the price to retailer and price to stockist from an MRP, along with your own margin. The GST calculator adds or removes GST and splits it into CGST and SGST or IGST.
The team behind it
Pharma Franchise Mart is run from Panchkula, Haryana, by Rednirus Digital Media, a team that has worked with pharma companies on their websites and marketing for years. Our office is at SCO 207, Sector 14, Panchkula. The people who answer the phone handle franchise and manufacturing queries every day, so they can usually tell you quickly whether what you want is easy to find or needs a wider search.
